Legal
Terms of Service
These draft terms describe how ThoughtCite should be used during paid beta: as subscription software for predictive LinkedIn content creation, creator memory, branded visual generation, publishing support, and proof-loop visibility tracking. Final legal terms require counsel approval before live paid checkout.
What ThoughtCite provides
ThoughtCite helps you predict, draft, review, visually package, approve, publish, and track LinkedIn content. The service provides suggestions and signals; it does not guarantee reach, engagement, follower growth, AI-engine mentions, citations, rankings, revenue, pipeline, or any other outcome.
Predictive recommendations, Interview Intelligence outputs, branded visuals, LinkedIn Feed Score, AEO Citation Score, anti-slop reports, generated drafts, and tracking results are decision-support tools. You are responsible for reviewing facts, claims, originality, legal compliance, and suitability before publishing.
Your responsibilities
You must have rights to any content, prompts, posts, examples, profile data, or other material you upload, paste, connect, import, edit, approve, or publish through ThoughtCite.
You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn’s terms and applicable law. ThoughtCite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or Microsoft.
Prohibited use
Do not use ThoughtCite for spam, deceptive content, impersonation, illegal content, harassment, platform-term evasion, regulated advice without appropriate review, scraping, automated engagement abuse, auto-DMs, auto-connects, engagement pods, or any use that risks platform integrity.
ThoughtCite may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, payment failure, platform abuse risk, or legal/compliance risk, subject to final counsel-approved terms.
Subscriptions, beta changes, and counsel gaps
Paid plans may renew, convert after trial, include plan limits, require taxes, and be interrupted by failed payments. Cancellation and refund details are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and Stripe checkout disclosures.
During beta, features, limits, supported integrations, pricing, and availability may change. Counsel must finalize limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, consumer-law exceptions, and other formal terms before public launch.
